Portrait session (not including senior or graduation sessions: see below) are $300. This includes:
Initial planning meeting.
Time on location for the portrait photography.
Follow up meeting to select photographs for printing or other forms of display.
Any basic image editing as required. Advanced image editing performed at $50/hour.
Re-shoot on location if required.
Print cost are dependent upon quantity, printing/paper quality, size and format of images printed.

Purchase digital images as outlined below.

Graduation sessions are $90 and include: Initial planning meeting.
Time on location for the portrait photography up to 2 hours.
Any basic image editing as required. Advanced image editing performed at $50/hour.

You can purchase a CD/DVD with all images and non-commercial rights with both high and low resolution images for $100. Low resolution image only disks are $30.
Print cost are dependent upon quantity, printing/paper quality, size and format of images printed.

Travel fees:
distance from Fort Collins / additional fee
15 to 50 miles / $30
51 to 75 miles / $65
76 to 100 miles / $100
over 100 miles / varies upon distance/location

Any cost associated with securing a location. Examples would be day passes for a State Park or National Forest, entry fees, rental fees.

To purchase a DVD/CD with all images from the session and non-commercial rights:
in high resolution (print & manipulate your images yourself at your convenience and cost) - $260 (includes low resolution images for email & web use)
in low resolution only (suitable for viewing on computer screens) - $50

To purchase individual images from the session in high resolution:
digital images - $13 each
scans of film images - $19 each

To purchase commercial rights:
all digital images - $2000
film negatives/positives - $1000 / roll for individual images - negotiable based on circumstances and use

Event photography and photojournalism assignments.

In general event or photojournalism assignments are performed at $50/hour. Travel and additional fees are applied as outlined above. I perform event photography free of charge for selected non-profit organizations. If you non-profit needs event photography contact me to discuss it.

All event and photojournalism assignments include a CD/DVD with high and low resolution images, non-commercial use rights and minimal image editing.
